My last bottle and the best yet.

A fascinating blend of Bordeaux character and Ripasso-like richness. With just 13% abv, there is impressive depth and concentration, yet the wine remains fresh and lively at year 20, with acidity keeping all that richness in check. A complex nose that keeps me coming back for another sniff long after the glass is empty. Distinctive and compelling.

Interesting and complex. It has three acts. Unusual Pinot. Has a unique initial taste that is a mix of licorice and jammy elements. But in an elegant manner. It then evolves into a balanced Pinot. The finish is long w savory notes. Will try again. — 6 years ago
