100% Syrah from Dongshui in the Yunnan Region. All driven by a mix of red fruits, red berries, and dark cherry on the nose, hints of coffee and a touch of oak. Approachable, and a bit of earthy on the mid range of the palate as well. Nice texture and moderate body. — a month ago
From the garages of Shangri-La. 5000 bottle production. Lovely minty cabernet nose, powerful, lifted midpalate that somehow had a Sichuan peppercorn character (lightest flash of citrus), and exceptional finish. Not cheap but well worth it & not least if paired with seared yak & matsutake or something with decent weight. Whereas it overpowered the the crispy pork belly. To watch. — 5 months ago
Drank with Golf kakis at the Origin, Shangri-La Hotel Singapore. Very typical of Mouton, nice fragrance, well balanced wine! — 7 years ago
I'm very glad we drank this blind as if I'm being honest I probably wouldnt have given this a fair chance. Very well rounded and silky with the obvious nod to Bordeaux. I believe this will also improve with time. Price is quite high — 2 months ago

100% Chardonnay from Di Quin and Jiangpo Villages in the Yunnan Region. An interesting Chardonnay with a bright acidity, forward notes of Kumquats, Mineola peels. A subtle cameralized notes on the mid-range of the palate, moderate intensity with very low oxidation, medium dry with a soft finish. Approachable and resembles some Chards from Macôn Villages in Burgundy, France. — a month ago
