Legit New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc — very light and sour-ish. Perfect to my taste. — 12 years ago
Very young, mineral driven and slightly reductive. Fruit, floral, and maybe a kiss of honey show some varietal characteristics that will open up with further aging. Rich, interesting wine. Paired with mustard crusted Springbok. — 2 years ago
Maybe the best Pinot noir from South Africa! Drank it with peppered springbok with my lovely wife at French Connection in Franschhoek — 11 years ago
With dinner at Foliage. Fully mature Cab. On the light side but very enjoyable with Kudo sausage and Springbok loin — 10 years ago

Lovely ruby reflectives. Dried, ripe and hard red candied cherry aromas. Plummy with porcini and trumpet mushroom, sprinkles of cedar and cinnamon. Dried cranberry and cherry echo on the palate, amplified. Warm strawberry and cola complete the fruit picture, but it is not simply fruity exhibiting white pepper, soft sage and a minuscule rosemary. Generous.
