Deep Ruby color with aromas of ripe black fruits and floral spice notes. On the palate flavors of cherry, blackberry and plum with notes of leather, vanilla and oaky notes. Fine tannins, long finish, lively acidity ending with fruit, sweet oak and spice. — 3 months ago
100% Tempranillo from the estate’s youngest vines (25-30 years old) in La Horra and Roa. Aged for 14 months in French and American oak. Fruit forward. Red fruit and some hints of spices. Smooth, velvety on the palate

Wow! Fabulous from very old Tempranillo vines in Roa Del Duero. The Esteban family maintains their 60 ha of vines meticulously using extensive biodynamic practices and precise winemaking. It shows in the wine. Black fruit and currants meld harmoniously with hints of tobacco, coffee, licorice, and mineral. The texture is rich; the concentration of fruit is dense. This is a seriously good bottle of wine that WS gave 96 pts. 2016 vintage on Feb 11, 2020 — 5 years ago

Vintage 2019 | 12 m 60 gamay 40 pinot noir| tasted blind my colleague tasters say: Spain? Quite complex in smell, spicy, good structure, but still tannins and potential. More pleasure with some pieces of cheese. Nice wine. — 21 days ago
