Incredibly light - feels like it dissolves on the tongue. Dry but not too dry. Delicious. — 3 years ago
Really enjoyed this red! This wine was a bit out of our comfort zone but so glad we tried it. We had it with a tomato and courgette risotto and it went so, SO well. It is a very fruity, summery red, but not in the way that it lacks depth. Very tasty, smooth with a nice bite and aftertaste - highly recommend this if you tend to shy away from fruity wines and typically go for heavy malbecs like we usually do, it’s made us want to try more reds like this 😍 — 6 years ago
Rich, dark fruit on the nose - perhaps a hint of marzipan. Medium bodied, and fairly complex - a very nice wine that benefitted from some time left to to breathe. — 8 years ago
This is an ENGLISH wine, NOT NEW ZEALAND as the app says and refuses to change. — 5 years ago
Everything cab franc (underappreciated!) can be. A natural wine with spontaneous fermentation, low sulphur, and they actually foot-stomped it! Super pretty and intense nose - almost a perfume of violets and plum, with a touch of that pyrazine doing a ripe bell pepper thing. It reminded me of that Simpsons joke where Barney's artsy girlfriend is in Moe's and orders a "single plum, floating in perfume, served in a man's hat."
