The first wine of our wine progression dinner with Gino and Tia. Such an amazing Pinot from Mnt. Edna that doesn’t taste like a Pinot. So spicy, minerally and rich dark fruit that resembles a high end Southern Rhone. Paired phenomenally with the peach caprese, the varsi salami and the Jarlsberg cheese. — 6 years ago
