Beautiful nose. delicious fruity bouquet. Medium bodied. Opened up beautifully after 30 to 40 minutes. Honestly a great Malbec. It’s a predominately fruit forward wine with elegance and depth. It had mild tannins that just accentuate the berry notes. No spice. No acidity. Extremely smooth. Paired well with eggplant to start and gnocchi with ragu to finish — 8 years ago
