アプリコット、洋梨、甘い香りと、ちょっと酵母感のある香り。初めは少し微発泡して、ちょっと還元気味だけど、少し時間が経つといずれも解消。
初日はしっかりした果実味。上品な甘さなので、そんなに嫌味はない。そして、旨味。
