The palest shade of rosé, with a fine mousse and tiny bubbles. Very Provence style on the nose with shy strawberry and warm dry herbs. Nice texture on the palate, with red fruit and some toasty notes. Very nice sipping, though lacks a bit depth. — 6 years ago
