San Diego based, with stints in the Rheingau Valley and Burgundy. Wine is good for the soul.
Delicious Alexander Valley Cab. Smooth and elegant. Sonoma cabs always a bit more constrained than Napa. Very nice. — a month ago
Smooth. Could be a bit drier/crisper. — a month ago
Pretty classic Bordeaux, leathery and grippy tannins but opening up to nice fruit. Subtle cassis notes. — 8 days ago
Always excited to taste a new vintage of this great Malbec blend. Opening up quickly 48% Malbec, 35% Cabernet Franc. Grippy tannins. Deep purple. Elegant with some spice notes. Long finish. Perfect for a Memorial Day BBQ with burgundy Tri tip. 🇺🇸🍷 — a month ago
Delicious, crisp, dry, and long finish. Perfect with Thai food. — 2 months ago
Chaptelized, tastes a lot like Meiomi. Not a fan. May be an off bottle because I really liked previous vintages. — 15 days ago
Amazing what a good champagne can taste like at 11 years. Completely fresh and crisp with just a slight softness. Delicious! As far as value, let’s not go there. — 20 days ago
My first Turkish wine. Kavaklidere is Turkey’s oldest winemaker, and having this blend with view of the Bosporus and Blue Mosque really makes it taste great. It’s a cab, Syrah blend, but very bright and fresh. — 2 months ago

Another great Aperture discovery. This blend is delicious. Similar to the cab, but more rounded of course. Could use a bit more structure. — 19 hours ago
