Absolutely! I have a Margaret River Chard I love that's in that vein and is perfect, like other buttery Chards, with any seafood with butter, poached braised or drawn! Lobster especially great!
Leeuwin Estate may be one of my favorites. Haven't had it in years but I remember it was perfect with lobster.
YES, Leeuwin is great, Cullen Wines Kevin John is great if you can find it. Sensibly oaked and very well integrated. Found a great deal on 2008 randomly somewhere update in NY when I had to taste a new world oaked Chard for WSET3.
