Vintage 2009 - at auberge La Gaillotière in Chateau-Thebaud. I don't very often eat with a view at the vineyard, this is a very nice place to do so. Chateau-Thebaud is one of the nine Muscadets with a ' commune-appellation '. This wine is from granodiorite terroir. These Muscadets can age. I loved this one: lots of minerals, creamy + buttery taste. Was good with a fish dish and brochette of chicken. #muscadet #chateauthebaud #fishwine — 8 years ago

Vintage 2012 - expressive smell with impressions of flowers, minerals, hay and a vibrant taste with great acidity. Partnered with coquille St Jacques. #muscadetsevreetmaine #pépière #chateauthebaud #loirewine — 7 years ago
