Bought from Appellation Wine store inChelsea, which sadly had to close end of Aug. i never tire of dry Lambrusco. This one is very dry, excellent mousse, & enough cherry bitters in balance to firmly put it in the must-have-with-food camp. Apparently a rare wine varietal ((only ?) . I didnt experience it as salty, as #christinehoner did, but i think this does better a few tics above room temp, otherwise the bitterness (which I could imagine play as saltiness if cold) is too prominent.
