Had a chance to meet Collioure grandmaster Bruno Duchêne last Friday @ Verre Volé à Tokyo | He owns 4 ha on schist soil and makes a very impressive grenache-based line up | 2008 La Pascole (90% grenache, 10% carignan) was fresh as a daisy! #glou — 12 years ago
Not sure what varietals when into this La Boutanche offering, but given the producer, Rhône whites are a safe bet. Sure shows the rich brassy gold color and nutty warmth of Grenache Blanc. Some nice dried floral and orange peel notes. Easy drinking, 1L quaffer. #glou — 8 years ago
If Delaware Punch was made from (probably expensive) Nebbiolo grapes. Super quaffable but wtf. #glou — 8 years ago
