First established as a domaine in the 1300s, Clos Salomon was once the supplier to the Pope of Avignon. Coming from a now lesser-known part of Burgundy, the wines are once again coming out from under the radar. Bridging the luscious fruit of Meursault with the minerality of Chablis, they beautifully balance richness and chisel.

@Daphnee Metiu (Prospect) and John Lancaster (Boulevard) are sure to have a very popular Beaujolais table with this gem. One of the oldest estates in Fleurie, Dutraive's are unmistakable with intense aromatics and earthy fruit. From vines planted in the 1940s, this old-vine bottling is downright lust-worthy.
