Explosive red fruits on the nose. Cherries, cranberries, strawberries. Hint of cloves and curing spice aromas too. Great structure, balanced tannins, juicy and silky smooth mouthfeel. Red fruits on the nose with cooling/numbing sensation. Crushed rocks and gravel. Refined rusticity - great with a chill.

The carignan blends nicely w the Grenache in this Spanish blend. Light magenta color. Tastes of red raspberry and bing cherry w bright acidity and a wash of drying tannins. A bit tight at pop and pour then settled out nicely after 25 minutes or so in glass.
