This is a beautiful wine for autumn and scores points in structure and flavor. Aromas of homemade golden apple pie. Some good vanilla and a slight dash of spice. I get some honeysuckle and other floral notes too. Wonderful dry minerality, but medium bodied and rich.

A wine for fall, with ripe golden apples, creamy plump hazelnuts touched with vanilla. Heady honeysuckle sweetness and barley sugar give way to a note of dry hay on the nose. The nose continues to the palate which is complemented by a rich, luscious texture. The acidity is in beautiful harmony and a delicate, dry mineral quality prevails despite the suggestion of sweetness hinted at on the nose. The finish is deliciously long and rich. Perfect drinking and savoring on its own or paired with oven roasted chicken and squash.

more petrol notes, stone fruits, burn sugar, caramel, orange peel, slightly hot, but overall very enjoyable wine #chenninblanc #southafricanwine

Oro pajizo, en nariz fondo un poco sucio, piña, espárrago blanco y melocotón. En boca flojito, corto y no muy agradable, peor q el 14.
