Best $12 wine ever?
Jun 2nd, 2018AA Badenhorst Family Wines are grown & made on Kalmoesfontein farm in the Swartland appellation of South Africa. Blended with a touch of Palomino and a bit from a secret grape. Aromas of citrus fruits and honey notes. On the palate stone & green fruit flavors with orange citrus notes. Lively, crisp acidity ending with mineral notes. Nice value.

Dec 1st, 2017Body of a Chardonnay, dry, lush, lemon, petrol, spun sugar. Definitely different than most chenin blancs I’ve had. Pleasing for how simple it is.

Jul 28th, 2018Not as good as the Bastingage Anjou Chenjn Blac I had. But it’s pleasant. Sweet and sour. Has a body. But still light.
Babs liked it more than me.
