Just decanted; great year for the Southern Rhone and this is deeply flavoured; a long liver I think too.

Tobacco, cedar, white pepper. Firm tannins. Opened up after about 45 minutes. Blackberry ands maybe a little blueberry? Really nice. Paired well with a chocolate pots de creme.
