Abrente
Napa Valley Albariño
Pale yellow gold color with appealing green apple, lime, almond paste, ocean breeze, and a hint of orange blossom aromas. On the palate, it approaches medium bodied. It's focused with crackling acidity, and a wonderful texture. It shows green apple, lime, and Meyer lemon with hints of stone fruit flavors with a very generous citrus driven finish. So food friendly too!

Jul 4th, 2016Whole lotta extra specialness in this bottle. Godfather of NorCal albariño @Michael Havens teams up with next gen vine savant @Morgan Twain-Peterson - result is why don't I drink this more often good old fashioned no fuss needed just tasty as all hell. Table wine kids, it's what's for dinner.

Jul 29th, 2015Great aromatics, falls short in flavor. Perhaps a few more months will do it well.

Jul 26th, 2015The only thing better than Muscadet with oysters is a local wine made by friends that is just as dry and mineral as any wine from anywhere...lip-smacking good.

May 5th, 2015Nothing really stood out on this wine for me. Light citrus fruit. Maybe this vintage still needs a little time to open up?
