Getariako Txakolina Hondarrabi Zuri

Pale straw with green reflexes. Some residual co2 visible . This is fresh and direct on the nose , some floral hints , citrus and seashells . There is tension here , and the mineral element is heightened by the prick of co2 . Green apple , lemon rind , quite linear , but there is enough body there , and reasonable salty seaside finish. Fresh and zippy. Well made , individual and thoroughly refreshing. Drink now .
