Les Gros Vin de Pays du Jardin de la France Grolleau
Barnyard, smells like a horse saddle 😂. Brett-like.

Jun 27th, 2020I really like the Mosse lineup but haven’t quite come to terms with what they charge. They have some very high end Chenin ($90+) and this light fella is in the low to mid $30’s. Each is very good but priced above Mosse’s colleagues. Neatly arranged, Le Gros is mostly Grolleau with some Gamay and Grolleau Gris blended in. It’s herbaceous and raspberry fruity with an earth floor finish.
