Very well balanced. Not a lot of green notes. A ton of fruit like cherries, apple, strawberry. Still a hint of pepper and stone but more well rounded than I was expecting. — a year ago

With mackerel pan con tomate. Quite natural, quite dry, slight tannin — 5 months ago
What a wine! Tropical fruit salad with a bit of strawberry and sea salt. Flavor explodes from glass in nose and palate. There’s also some tannin and funk to round out the massive amount of tropical fruit. — 2 years ago
Vintage 2012 | Quintessential Chenin Blanc, biowine. Smell with hay and hints of honey. Some development in color but still light. Vibrant taste with lovely acidity and great bakance. Gastronomic wine, nicely ripened. | paired with Tarbot | at restaurant Dôme in Antwerp — 3 years ago

Vintage 2015 | From 50+ years old Chenin Blanc grown on Schist. Modest colour not giving away the age of the wine. A bit shy in smell, the characteristics are all here: hay, minerals, hints of honey. Quite powerful taste, I’d say for acquired tasters, good balance with a lot of bitters. As beautiful as difficult. 🫶 — 9 days ago
