Sardinian Red Blend (85% Carignan, 10% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Merlot.). Deep violet color. Beautiful nose of spices, fresh herbs and dried red berry fruit. Complex pallet features dried red fruits (raisinated), fresh herbs, vanilla and black licorice. Spicy and persistent finish. Wonderful balance. A bit tight right out of the bottle but mellow with some air. Thanks for bringing this one, Petey! Revisited in October 2023.
