Atypical Tuscan white blend combining Chardonnay and Pinot Bianco. Still incredibly young at this point, so quite closed. Comes off very Chablis-like with great lemon oil and seashell notes on the palate. This will be a neat wine to come back to after it has aged a bit.

Nobody was happy with this wine so we let it sit. It was hollow from mid palate on and I wondered if this wine was over filtered. After 90 it began to reveal better fruit but we were disappointed.... Maybe a bad bottle.
