Very nice crozes. Could use a bit more acid on the finish, but otherwise thoroughly enjoyable. Deep and dark with a decent amount of olive. Very savory. Perfect pairing with duck for two with a rich duck demi glacé at Le coucou for a pre Valentine’s Day dinner.
