Minerality and key lime on the nose continues with hints of guava as it opens up on the palate. Shale-stone, wet slate and a long acidic finish.

This elegantly beautiful wine has perfectly balanced oak aging and Burgundian minerality. It has a touch of everything a village level wine should have, including notes of toast, oak, butter, citrus, flint and white flowers. Very delicious
