I tried this 10 hours after it was opened and it's one of those white burgundies that gets better with some air time.
Great texture from the soft minerals - limestone and marl?
Just enough acid to keep it fresh.
So approachable. This is the wine I would serve at events or weddings.

Just a delight. Balanced acidity, fruit-forward, juicy, light. A worthwhile bottle for any night. — 6 years ago
Very nice. Low acidity, vanilla notes. — 7 years ago
Absolutely fantastic. Crisp, clean, elegant. Oaky goodness, not so dry and mineral as most white burgundy. — 8 years ago
Grapefruit and plenty of mineral on both nose and palate. Some austerity as you often get with Saint Aubin. As Jasper Morris MW describes the terroir - “A steep south west facing vineyard overlooking the hamlet of Gamay. It offers attractive wines but not in the First Division of St-Aubin.” The following night notes of mandarin on the palate with the ever present mineral. — 4 months ago
Perfect balance between acidity and oakiness. Good minerality and nice fruity finish. Complex and refreshing. — 6 years ago

Ripe pineapple, golden straw color, has some middle weight tannins but light on the finish. Green apple, pomelo pith, flint, mineral, tropical fruit. Great wine for a meal at the Arden Waikiki. — 10 months ago
Very tight and reduced upon opening. Needs air time but a very pretty wine. Triage no. 1. — 5 years ago

2022 vintage. First time with this producer. Medium body with a precarious balance of acidity and fruit...but it works. Nice enough to stoke the ole curiosity and look for other efforts in the marketplace. 10.2.26. — 13 days ago
