Another Iberian stunner I hadn’t tried before. Pale garnet, translucent at the edges. Gorgeous nose has rose petals, strawberry, dried leaves, black tea. Palate is earth and floral tones, rocks and tart red fruit in that order. There’s like a slight crunchy vegetal pink peppercorn thing going on too. Could go with just about anything (this pizza very much included)
