Had his as a Guwerztraminer tasting event at Beetle Cat in Atlanta, hosted by the Southeast Sommelier Society. Gorgeous floral nose of peach blossoms, white rose petals and lychee. On the palette, this wine was impeccably balanced with lemon tart acidity cutting though the evident residual sugar. Succulent notes of fresh apricot, lychee and lemon tart to a long and refined finish.
