This is a new adventure for me and it didn’t disappoint. Black tea leaves, currant, and new leather up front. Lots of tightness, even after decanting for awhile. Dried plums, figs. The tanins are wonderfully balanced. Gotta get some more of this.

Clear dark red. Sour red currant and leather on the nose and palate. Medium acidity and medium plus grippy tannins. We had it with Greek cuisine. Does a moussaka justice.

Great introduction to Greek wines for me, excited to try more! Crisp acidity on the front, flavors of cherries when it was cooler, as it warms darker fruits come in, I like it both ways, earthy too. Tons of tannins on the finish but still balanced. with the fruit

Medium acidity with red cherries, barnyards, spices, and black tea leaf. Tannins are not as harsh as I expected from a young vintage. Quite balanced for a Xinomavro.
