Effusive nose on opening, never decanted, body full, round and smooth as tannins are perfectly balanced with the fruit, with long finish. Drinking perfectly now but could go a couple more years

Fabulous! The 2006 Era is another outstanding wine from Alpha Omega (one of my favorite wineries). Fantastic from nose to finish. Plum, blackberries, cherry, with a touch of chocolate and cinnamon. Had it with some wild boar -- perfect and decadent!
