I’m happy with it for $11. It’s a good example of a low priced Malbec that isn’t too oak-chipped and fruit forward. It has some tannic elements that suppress the sweetness but mostly it’s just an easy drinker for a social setting.

I’ve been on a QPR kick lately with this $11 Costco #valledeuco #malbec. Expected bramble fruit, leather notes on the nose but the fresh acidity, balance and restraint on the palate are much appreciated.
