Talisman Baja California Viognier

Biodynamic viognier from a small winery located in Baja California. Gas in suspension and fridge temperature faded the fruit on the first glass but the wine finally settled to offer ripe fruit aromas + enough lenght and viscosity to support a medium acidity. Not the best pairing on our ceviche but still very appreciable and balanced. I want to discover other wines from this upcoming region. #bajacalifornia
