100% MLF, barrel-fermented with native yeast and aged 14 months in French oak, it opens with aromas of crisp green apple, vanilla bean, and lemon oil. The palate is textured and layered, grilled pineapple, roasted hazelnuts, and white florals glide into a vibrant, mineral-driven finish.
