Drink this ripe one now as little sign of tannin present for aging. Red fruit along with pepper and some earthy tar on the nose. Palate is full of soft chewy strawberry and hickory flavors.

Pale ruby color from light extraction. Black fruit and spice aromas. Light palate of black cherry, strawberry, raspberry, slight notes of spice and granite. Tart and acidic, but would hold up against lightly spiced meat dishes
