Dec 29th, 2019Cabernet franc dominate wine, started off delicious with red and blue fruits and nice acidity. An amazing mouthfeel that was almost reminiscent of a dessert wine. Share with a group of 4 as it starts to fade quickly.

Mar 9th, 20192020/4/14 etc. with marinated rosemary garlic lamb with vinegar and white wine, favas with pecorino Romano, spring cabbage salad. Opens green and funky, but reveals more and more brambly berry fruit. Lots of juicy acidity, nice length and grip - really good. I believe this is the first year made with 100% Cabernet Franc.
