Sweet on the palate with vanilla, dry figs, nuts, oak, sherry, lemon, caramel and chocolate.
Long finish with caramel and spices.
Nicely balanced between acidity and sweetness, and very enjoyable to sip on as a dessert by itself.
Made from extremely ripen 100% Chardonnay grapes. Aged for four years in oak barrels.
