The best part of making wine in the Sierra Foothills is the diversity of vineyards and great varietals. In this wine we brought together two of Amadors traditional great varieties into a single blend. It is very likely similar in composition to the blends being grown here in the late 1800s. A truly tasty wine the 2012 Andis Zinfandel drinks deliciously and it is a fine compliment to a variety of food. A great example of how mountain grown wines can be both delicious and quite complex. 90% Zinfandel 10% Petite Sirah.
