Qvevri Kakheti Saperavi

This is really gorgeous stuff. Very spicy and Earthy. The dark berry fruit needs 2 Hours of air to show up. The wine is dark colored and from the color one can assume it is heavy, but this is not the case, just 13 % abv. In Georgia, they know how to deal with amphoras.
