Cuvée Tradition Brut Blanquette de Limoux Mauzac

Nice and dry. Pear and citrus with a bit of lime rind on the finish.

Sweet and mousse that dies in the glass.

This was fairly simple, a little thin and tart, but otherwise drinkable.

Crisp apple, yeasty, hint of stone fruit sweetness. Will be getting a second bottle.

Light and incredibly delicious on its own! This is a fantastic bargain sparkling wine.
