On a snowy Wisconsin evening we are cooking pasta, and drinking Apothic Red Blend. A mix of Zinfadel, Syrah, Cabernet Savuvigon, and smooth Merlot. I've had this inexpensive wine many times, and it never disappoints me. Low tannins, actually sort of sweet for a red, and berry everything in taste. ALC. 13/5%, Modesto, Ca.
