This is the Select Blocks Organic SB. On the nose - big wallop of creamy gooseberry fool, guava with a little touch of the sea. In the mouth - a bit subtler than some NZ SBs with a bit of peach stone bitterness to balance the acidity and fruit sweetness- giving a more food-friendly finish than flavour initially suggests.
