A hefty dose of vanilla oak and lots of lemon with a bit of pithy bitterness on the finish. Not bad, but the wood will long outlast the fruit.

Delicious fairly weighty and oaky chard but with enough fruit on the palate to still be lively. Better after considerable aeration .

All acid and mineral and taut at the moment, and I kinda dig it. Good fruit in there too, but it's not all about that today...
