This is the “Arch” cuvée. And it’s quite a cuvée! Gorgeous nose. Deep, ripe, pure, spiced cherry. Also a subtle gravelly mineral note. In the mouth, it’s deeply flavored but has less fruit than the nose suggests and instead features quite a mineral streak. Very nice acidity propels it along and there a line of taut, fine-grained tannin. I think this is on the young side and will benefit from 2-4 more years.
