2011. Sardinia take me away. Even the hearty reds from Mediterranean islands always retain a certain brightness to them. This is no exception.

Delicate yet complex. Herbs, black fruits, bell pepper. Intense on the palate, lots of fruit and velvety tannins

So approachable for a 2011. Wonderfully balanced wine. Throughly enjoyed its soft but big flavors.
