Light, with a lovely floral nose. Unpeated and aged in new oak. This was the favorite of some at #oldlinescotchclub #campbeltown #whisky #hazelburn #delectableapp — 10 years ago
I think this was the winner last night. Peaty and smoky, but lightly so, and well balanced. #wolfburn #whisky #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
A light, balanced whisky good as an apéritif. #glenrothes #speyside #whisky #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Needless to say, this a very good wine. Well proportioned and bursting with fruity aromas and peachy flavors, which together with juicy acidity creates nice drinkability, BUT it lacks depth, minerality and that X-factor which makes it interesting. This is just wine... Very good wine. Where's the energy? Where's the soul? — 10 years ago

Smooth, complex, and layered. Excellent! #macallan #18year #sherrycask #delectableapp #oldlinefinewine — 11 years ago
Loads of controversy over recent vintages of SS here on #delectableapp but none at all for me on this '94 beauty, perfectly stored for 20 years but acting like a baby. Aromas of liquorice and leather from the brick free, almost black pour. Velvety and large, but dancing across the palate, like Ali, without the sting and all the butterfly. Charcoal, smoke. Dark chocolate and a sweet, sweet core. I'd bet big $$ this could go 20+ years, nowhere near its peak. Awesome. — 9 years ago
A crisp, quaffable Vinho Verde. One of my favorites from the region. #vinhoverde #portuguesewine #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Rich and complex. The three woods give the Whisky some nice layers. #auchentoshan #whisky #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Catching up on some #delectableapp posts. Concentrated, ripe, but sturdy. Built around a dense red fruit core, this powerhouse manages to show some finesse in the earthy and tobacco flavors coming through. — 10 years ago
What a great wine! #wine #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Yes, it is dark, and it really benefits from a healthy dollop of water. #darkorigins #highlandpark #scotch #delectableapp #oldlinefinewine — 11 years ago
An American single malt whiskey at a Scotch Club meeting? Yes! This was a favorite of some, liked the least by some... #westland #AmericanWhiskey #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
High in alcohol and "hot" on the nose, this single malt becomes warm and complex with a few drops of water #longrow #campbeltown #whisky #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Not for everyone, but I love Lagavulin! #lagavulin #islay #whisky #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Good value, nice for any time of the day. #deanston #whisky #oldlinescotchclub #delectableapp — 10 years ago
My favorite of all the Georgian wines l tasted at the excellent seminar and trade tasting. A dark rosé color, but more tannic than most red wines. A great food wine. #makaridze #aladasturi #terjola #kvevri #georgianwine #delectableapp — 10 years ago
Not my style, but good. Light and briny. #whisky #tomatin #oldlinefinewine #delectableapp — 11 years ago

Left bank, right bank, left bank..this is right bank? Big, tastes Cabernet dominated but is 55% merlot. Long, persistent finish. #hashtag #lspeakslife #hashtaghashtag #delectableapp #finalhashtag — 9 years ago
