Costamolino Duemilaventuno Vermentino di Sardegna 2023

Among my fav sippers, this Vermentino is quite delicate, light and has a subtle acidity, and a touch of salinity, which make it perfect for Chilean Seabass pairing, and other flaky and soft and delicate fish as well. — 13 days ago

Korem Isola dei Nuraghi Bovale 2020

Dark. Deep, earthy, terroir. Dark, dark fruit but it's not driving the bus. — 9 months ago

Dry with dark red fruit aromas. Paired very well with a charcuterie board with salami, blue cheese, aged cheddar, parmesan, manchego, and comte, along with grapes, mustard, honey, and fig crackers. — 2 years ago

Very nice bottle of red at a reasonable price. I often drink Korem from the same vineyard but this is just as nice! — 2 years ago

Cardanera Carignano Isola dei Nuraghi 2021

It took 4 wines this weekend to finally find something I like... This one is big and bright and reminds me of Southern rhone wines I liked. Olive, black fruits, some spice like clove and other Christmas spice and garrigue too. The palate is very well made a great acid drive, some width, some bright black fruit shining through and through, a bit of weight, some drying tannins in the rear, before a great drying finish with black fruits, a tiny salty and bitter touch. It could be a great côte du Rhône or even a cote du Roussillon / priorat. It's great! — 2 years ago
