Blended of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay, the Vintage Brut is scented of orange blossoms, white peaches, honeyed toast and fresh straw with a hint of preserved crystalized lemon peel. The palate offers mouth- filling citrus and stone fruit flavors with just enough toastiness and plenty of freshness, finishing long.

We had it as the sparkling mixer in a Sangria which was nice and very refreshing. Would really need to sample it as a stand-alone to fully assess the merits of the wine.
