Top Notes For
"Odedi"

Dark ruby in color with a reddish rim.

Nose of blueberries, plums, sweet raspberries, cherries, red currants, earth, light wood, coffee, vegetables, spices, green pepper and peppercorn.

Medium plus in body with medium acidity.

Dry on the palate with black currants, plums, cooked cherries, oak, licorice, spices, chocolates, earth, tobacco leaf, herbs, green vegetables and black pepper.

Medium plus in length on the finish with fine grained tannins and tangy raspberries.

This young Cabernet Franc from Arizona needs a few years in the bottle to mature properly, but already drinking nicely now, even by itself. A good quality wine.

Fruit forward with lots of green vegetables and earth notes. Feels like a fruity old world Cabernet Franc.

Already showing nice complexity, and would be nice to revisit it in 5 years.

I had the 2020 vintage and it is very consistent.

Good right out of the bottle, and better after 3 hours of airtime.

Good by itself, and will also pair nicely with lamb dishes.

100% Cabernet Franc grapes were aged in used Oak barrels for 34 months . A small production of only 816 bottles.

13.6% alcohol by volume.

91 points.
